Each year, the State of the Military Family Summit unites the most important voices in our community to address the issues facing military families.

The end of two decades of war that defined modern military family life, along with a pandemic, marked new challenges for families trying to meet the demands of military life.

As always, military families stood up — to support their own families, to support each other, and to strengthen our community.

Together with military leaders, policy makers, partners, and military family members, we will:

• Examine the most pressing issues facing military families in 2023 and the policy solutions they require
• Honor the military spouse advocates rising to meet our community’s needs
• Engage with military teens and young adults about the next generation of leadership and how every military family member can become their own best advocate
