What Information We Collect and How We Use That Information

Our registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, email address, format preference (HTML vs. Text), address, interests, and similar information.

The National Military Family Association is aware of the need to keep private information secure and confidential. We consider this a top priority. We do not collect any information about you that can identify you as an individual except for the information collected to acquire membership. We do not share any additional information with any other group, and do not sell any names or mailing lists to outside groups. We do not request or store sensitive information from our visitors, such as credit card or social security numbers. It is the policy of our Association not to sell or distribute any private information of our donors, members, supporters or registered users.

When you apply to join The National Military Family Association and Pentagon Federal Credit Union online, your information is contained on a secure web site managed by Pentagon Federal Credit Union. Any financial information you provide for Pentagon Federal Credit Union purposes is not shared with The National Military Family Association. Internet Protocol Address

We collect an IP address from all visitors to our Site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet.
