Central Texas College has one $1,500 scholarships available exclusively through NMFA. This military spouse scholarship is available to new CTC students and can be used for any educational path at CTC. Applications are available January 1, 2016 through March 31, 2016. Central Texas Online High School
Central Texas College Online High School has one $1,500 scholarships available exclusively through NMFA. This military spouse scholarship is available to new CTC Online High School students and is for the online high school only. Applications are available January 1, 2016 through March 31, 2016. Communications@Syracuse is an online Master of Science in Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Eligibility for $7,500 scholarship is dependent on NMFA registration. Only new applicants eligible.

Cotton & Company is an audit and accounting firm in Old Town Alexandria, VA. Veteran owned, Cotton & Company generously supports our military and military families. Scholarship awards of up to $5,000 toward accounting degrees, CPA coursework and exams, and other professional fees are available through NMFA thanks to Cotton & Company. Military spouses must register with NMFA and apply through the NMFA scholarship application to be eligible.

Fleet Reserve Association
The Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) Education Foundation will present at least one $2,000 scholarship annually to the spouse of a Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard service member registered with NMFA. The spouse must be pursuing a college degree. Apply before April 15, 2016. Select NMFA in the “How’d you hear about us” section. GEICO, providing auto and other insurance products to military families since 1936, is supporting one scholarship for a spouse pursuing his or her degree. Spouses can apply for this $1,000 award between Dec 1, 2015 and Jan 31, 2016.
The Indian Health Service (IHS) offers three different scholarships for American Indian and Alaska Native students in order to educate and train health professionals to staff Indian health programs. Military spouses are eligible to apply as long as they meet all the eligibility requirements. Kansas State University Global Campus has two $1,000 scholarships available exclusively through NMFA. Military spouse scholarships are available to degree-seeking students admitted to a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral program through K-State Global Campus. National Health Service Corps
Are you studying to be a Physician (MD or DO), Dentist, Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse-Midwife, Physician Assistant, or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)? If you are accepted/enrolled at an accredited U.S. school, you can apply to the National Health Service Corps scholarship program! The scholarship pays tuition, fees, other educational costs, and provides a living stipend in return for a commitment to work at least 2 years at an NHSC-approved site in a medically underserved community.
NURSE Corps Scholarship
Are you studying to be a nurse? If you are you accepted or enrolled in a diploma, associate, baccalaureate, or graduate nursing program at an accredited U.S. school (including RN to BSN, RN to MSN-NP, or Direct Entry MSN-NP programs) you can apply to receive funding for tuition, fees, and other educational costs in exchange for working at an eligible NURSE Corps site upon graduation.
Nursing@Georgetown is an academically rigorous, evidence-based program that culminates in a Master of Science degree in Nursing. The program is delivered online by Georgetown University’s nationally ranked School of Nursing & Health Studies. $7,500 scholarships are available to eligible NMFA registrants.
Simmons College offers online degree programs that prepare RNs for the next stage of their career. NMFA military spouses are eligible to receive $7,500 when enrolled in Nursing@Simmons.

Prudential is supporting NMFA with $100,000 in scholarships for military spouses.
ThanksUSA scholarships are valued at up to $3,000 per student. ThanksUSA has set aside one scholarship reserved exclusively for NMFA. Applications are available every year from April 1st – May 15th. United Concordia Dental
United Concordia Dental (UCD) – for nearly two decades, UCD has proudly administered dental benefits for the military community. UCD is honored to further this commitment through awarding at least 20 scholarships for military spouses pursuing dental hygiene ($1,000) or dental assisting ($500) educations. Spouses can apply to NMFA between December 1, 2015 and January 31, 2016.
University of Maryland University College
UMUC provides four $1,500 scholarships exclusively through the National Military Family Association (NMFA) to spouses of active-duty military service members and members of the Selected Reserves and National Guard. The scholarships are available to new or prospective students who will be seeking a first undergraduate degree at UMUC and will cover up to two full courses (six semester hours) for Spring 2016.
The USC Rossier School of Education offers select graduate degree programs delivered online including a Master of Arts in Teaching, Master of Arts in Teaching – TESOL and Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership. Webster University is a private, nonprofit, regionally accredited and worldwide university that offers a full range of undergraduate and graduate degrees – on campus and online.
