Corvias Foundation, committed to inspiring military families to reach higher, and its partner organization, Corvias Military Living, have combined resources to support scholarships for NMFA-registered Army or Air Force spouses seeking professional funds, including licensure and certification. Spouses should reside in AK, AL, CA, FL, KS, LA, MD, NC, and OK, and can next apply between May 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017.
Cotton & Company
Cotton& Company is an audit and accounting firm in Old Town Alexandria, VA. Veteran owned, Cotton & Company generously supports our military and military families. Scholarship awards of up to $2,500 toward accounting degrees, CPA coursework and exams, and other professional fees are available through NMFA thanks to Cotton & Company. Flatiron School is an outcomes-focused coding bootcamp launching developers with career-ready curriculum and a collaborative community. Flatiron School has one exclusive 100% tuition assistance scholarship for NMFA registrants interested in their Online Web Developer Program. In addition, Flatiron School is offering four 50% scholarships to military spouses registered with NMFA. Applications for coding scholarships are available February 6, 2017 – February 20, 2017.

GEICO, providing auto and other insurance products to military families since 1936, is supporting 25 awards for spouses pursuing fees, certification, or licensure. Spouses can apply for these $500-$1,000 awards between May 1, 2017 – June 30, 2017.
Indian Health Service
Indian Health Service The Indian Health Service (IHS) offers three different scholarships for American Indian and Alaska Native students in order to educate and train health professionals to staff Indian health programs. Military spouses are eligible to apply as long as they meet all the eligibility requirements. The IHS Scholarship Program begins accepting applications in mid-December.
Indiana University Pennsylvania
The World Education organization along with Indiana University Pennsylvania will award partial scholarships for career training programs to qualified military spouses. These scholarships are exclusive to NMFA spouses. Applicants are accepted March 1 – December 15th.
International SOS, committed to the delivery of quality health care and medical management services overseas, believes in making it easier for individuals to work and grow on an international scale. International SOS is supporting NMFA with up to 9 scholarships to military spouses stationed overseas pursuing his or her education in a medical related field. Military spouses must register with NMFA and apply through NMFA scholarship application to be eligible.
NC State University
The World Education organization along with NC State University will award partial scholarships for career training programs to qualified military spouses. These scholarships are exclusive to NMFA spouses. Applicants are accepted March 1 – December 15th.

Are you seeking a career in law, and want to be a paralegal? ProTrain offers one fully-funded paralegal career “Master” course to a spouse registered with NMFA. The course trains and preps you to take the paralegal exam. If you complete the course and choose to certify, ProTrain will cover your NALA Certified Paralegal (CP) certification exam costs. Apply to NMFA between Dec 1, 2015 and Jan 31, 2016 to be eligible!

Samsung Electronics America
Samsung Electronics, based in New Jersey and with a growing footprint of 15,000 U.S. employees, supports veterans and military family initiatives in recognition of the importance of the U.S. military role in South Korea’s history. Under the umbrella of its half-million dollar partnership with Fisher House Foundation, Samsung supports New Jersey spouses through NMFA’s scholarship and professional support program. They provide funding essential to their academic and professional goals, particularly in STEM-focused fields.
ThanksUSA scholarships are valued at up to $3,000 per student. ThanksUSA has set aside one scholarship reserved exclusively for NMFA. Applications are available every year from April 1st – May 15th. Please note: you MUST put "NMFA" in the “Where did you first learn about us” field next to “Other” to be eligible.
The Major Group, Inc.
This scholarship is open to the spouses of active duty United States service members of all branches. Winner will receive 100% tuition assistance for an eligible Certification Program offered through The Major Group plus the cost of the certification exam for chosen program. Applications are open November 1, 2016 – December 5, 2016.
United Concordia Dental
United Concordia Dental (UCD) – for nearly two decades, UCD has proudly administered dental benefits for the military community. UCD is honored to further this commitment through awarding at least 20 scholarships for military spouses pursuing dental hygiene ($1,000) or dental assisting ($500) educations. Spouses can apply to NMFA between May 1, 2017 – June 30, 2017.
University of South Alabama
University of South Alabama will award one scholarship valued at up to $3,500 to a qualifying military spouse in 2016. This scholarship is offered exclusively through NMFA.
