The USO delivers its programs and services to service members and their families around the world to boost the morale of service members and serve as the link between them and the American people.
USA4 Military Families Initiative
The Department of Defense State Liaison Office seeks to engage and educate state policymakers on quality of life issues impacting military families.
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
WIC provides Federal grants to States for supplemental foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk.
YMCA Military Outreach Initiative
The Armed Services YMCA and Department of Defense Outreach Initiative offers YMCA memberships to eligible military families and personnel who may not have access to a nearby military facility.
