Apply for an Absentee Ballot
The revised Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) is now available online through the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) office. Uniformed service members, their families, and overseas civilians can apply for an absentee ballot by visiting the FVAP website. (More)
