Check your Internet settings

  • Security Settings: If your Internet security settings are above 'Medium,' your application may be blocked when you try to submit it. You may have to lower your security settings and resubmit the application.
  • Safe/Approved Sender List: As soon as you hit “submit”, you will receive an instant-reply email letting you know if it was received. To ensure you receive it, along with other updates from us about your status, add scholarships@militaryfamily.org and notify@ngwebsolutions.com to your list of “safe” or “approved” senders.


 If you already have an account with Scholarship Manager (i.e. you applied last year)

  • Go to Scholarship Manager
  • Click on the “Log in here” link under the “Returning Users” description.
  • Enter your username and password




How do you log into Scholarship Manager the first time?

  • Go to Scholarship Manager.
  • Click on “Log in here” below the “First Time Users” description. 
  • A “Create Account” screen will open.
  • You need to create an account to use the scholarship applications.
  • Pick a user name and password you will remember for future logins. 

What are the requirements for creating a password on Scholarship Manager?

Pick a password that is at least 8 characters long and has at least one:

  • Lower-case letter (i.e. a,b,c)
  • Upper-case letter (i.e. A,B,C)
  • Number (i.e. 1,2,3)
  • Symbol (i.e. @,$,&)

Example: “ACHieve#10”


How do you log back into Scholarship Manager after leaving?

  • Go to Scholarship Manager.
  • Click on the “Log in here” link under the “Returning Users” description. 
  • Enter your username and password.

**Important Note: You need to save your log-in info in case your application times out. It will time out if you spend more than 45 minutes on a page. However, your application responses will be saved during a time-out and you simply need to log back in to continue working.
