Tax Exempt Status Form
EIN/tax ID number: 52-0899384

Our 2010 IRS Form 990
Even though tax-exempt charities like ours don’t pay federal taxes, each year we must file this information form with the IRS so it can evaluate our funding and expenses. In addition, the form requires more disclosure of potential conflicts of interest, compensation of board members and staff, and other areas of financial accountability and avoidance of fraud.

Our 2010 Audited Financial Statements
Audited financial statements are those prepared and certified by a Certified Public Accountant from an outside firm that reviews an organization’s statements and supporting documentation. The auditor certifies that the financial statements meet the requirements of the US’s Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Auditors can have an unqualified or qualified opinion. Our Association has always received the former, indicating that the auditors agreed with how we prepared our statements.

Our 2010 Annual Report
A document summarizing our prior year’s activities, leadership, and financial status -- and outlining plans for the future.
