Support Groups
Both formal and informal support groups are available in and around the military community. Don't be afraid to look outside the gate! Do you belong to a church or community organization? If there are other military families nearby, you may want to create your own support. Some support groups provide friendship and emotional support, while others serve as an informational referral network.
