Military Families Have Many Options for the Flu Vaccination

It’s not too late to get your annual flu shot. Eligible TRICARE beneficiaries can receive a flu vaccine for free. Beneficiaries have several options. They can go to their TRICARE Primary Care Manager (PCM), their local Military Treatment Facility (MTF), or a local TRICARE retail network pharmacy to receive the flu vaccineshot. (More)

A Community of Support for Veterans and Families…Then, Now, and Tomorrow

Tucked away in my grandmother’s attic was a family treasure: a battered old box of letters and photos chronicling a young man’s wartime journey. My uncle, Keith “Buddy” Fisher, was a Navy diver in World War II, and my grandmother kept every letter he sent her from the time he entered basic training until he was demobilized in early 1946. She also kept letters from Uncle Buddy’s childhood friends, scattered by war around the world. (More)

Free Fitness Program for Reserve Component Families
