Giving. Nothing categorizes the spirit of military families and their supporters more. The National Military Family Association began in 1969 out of the desire to give financial security to military widows. The military has changed since then, as have military family issues, but the desire to sustain military families has never wavered. We are now the leading nonprofit group committed to improving the lives of officer and enlisted families of all seven Uniformed Services.

We value your donation and believe it should be used to support military families. Of each dollar contributed to the National Military Family Association in 2010:

90% supported military families through our programs and other activities
10% supported management, administrative, and fundraising costs
